A Question of Manners

This boy says something to the off-duty police officer. The policeman takes hold of his hand and arrests him. He is 13-year-old but it looks like he has offended the officer. He has been arrested and in jail now.
Today it has become a social anathema that children have forgotten to respect the elders. This video features that social issue. This problem is seen everywhere in the world.Being a good parent it is our duty to teach our children properly and make them understand respecting elders should be our first priority.
